the room decor was lovely and beds were very comfortable. i found the bathroom clean and quite spacious. i appreciated the convenient location to the university campus as well. staff offered excellent service throughout my stay
i thought the hot drinks at breakfast needed improvement as the machine wasn't working well during busy times. this caused a bit of a queue and delay in getting a coffee. otherwise everything was great

the room was well appointed. the bathroom had nice features. breakfast was plentiful and served in a beautiful room.
i paid extra for champagne and strawberries. they were both warm when i got to the room. the champagne was not enjoyable and the strawberries were not fresh.
The reception staff were polite and helpful. They provided information about local attractions and transportation. The breakfast service catered to specific dietary needs. A room upgrade was a good surprise. I also appreciated the bar staff's whiskey knowledge. The hotel interiors feature renovated main rooms. All hotel staff were consistently friendly and cute. The hospitality in the main areas throughout the day was a lovely touch. The hotel offered helpful local knowledge and directions. The optional dining next door was convenient. The hotel breakfast was of excellent quality. A fan was available despite the absence of air-conditioning. The provided turndown service was thorough and timely.
I found no bubble bath available, despite the presence of a fancy bathtub in my room.
