i thought the hot drinks at breakfast needed improvement as the machine wasn't working well during busy times. this caused a bit of a queue and delay in getting a coffee. otherwise everything was great

The hospitality in the main areas throughout the day was a lovely touch. The hotel offered helpful local knowledge and directions. The optional dining next door was convenient. The hotel breakfast was of excellent quality. A fan was available despite the absence of air-conditioning. The provided turndown service was thorough and timely.

I found no bubble bath available, despite the presence of a fancy bathtub in my room.
